And not just "I want pets, toddlers, seasons etc" but the things that we already have don't feel the same.As the ultimate life simulator, The Sims 4 has graced our computer screens for almost twenty years. Sorry for going on a rant I just starting thinking about things I miss from the other games. And since the core game is missing so much it's hard to make it interesting. I just feel like the expansions aren't actually adding anything new just things that look different but feel the same. You just go to work and click things it's not really a different experience. In ambitions you would travel to different jobs and they were all unique but in GTW the 3 careers are the same.

Even if I couldn't think of what to do in the sims 3 something would happen or I use one of the EP's and it would be completely new but in 4 it just seems like the same thing. It just seems like the sims 4 seems more empty to me. When they're friends invite them out or they go out they're usually tired or hungry and nothing really happens. The dad stays home making grilled cheese all day and the kids and mom are at work and school so when they get home I have to fill they're needs and get their work done and I try to make them have quirky friends but that's about it. I'm trying to get them all to finish they're aspirations and it's hard to stay interested.

If I have a really big family I try to have tragedy strike and set a fire and lock them in a room so that they're "snowed in" and see which ones die (although it's really difficult in the sims 4). I've tried doing stuff with aliens but it's so rare to get abducted.

Like a I had my last generation have 6 kids with different fathers from her family (like her aunts/cousins husbands). In the sims 4 usually cheating or having on of the parents die and get remarried and weird family situations.
